1- Excise Verification Error

It means you have an issue with excise records. Either you have pending dues or payments like Challan or other related issues with Excise.

2- NADRA Verification Error

It means there is an error in your NADRA records. For example, either you have provided wrong details (name, date of birth, CNIC number), or your CNIC may have expired.

What to Do?

Please recheck your name, date of birth, CNIC number, and its expiry date. If an error exists, please correct it. If the edit application option is still available, please correct the information. Otherwise, call the helpline number given below to remove the errors.

3- PMD Verification Error

It means the mobile number provided by the applicant, either wrong or not registered on the applicant’s CNIC.

If the edit application option is still available, please change the number. Add the number that is on the applicant’s CNIC. If the edit option is not available now, please call the helpline number given below.

4- BOP Verification Error

It means either your application is not scrutinized yet, or you are a defaulter of a bank and have already applied for another loan at any bank.

What to Do?
